Incline Village Sales Company was part of the original development company which created Incline Village in 1960.  Our office located at 948 Tahoe Blvd opened its doors in 1970 and has served many Incline Village buyers and sellers.  Our company has experienced Incline Village growth from a community of 1500 residents to over 9,500 permanent residents and expanding to 25,000 in the summer when the snowbirds come to Tahoe to enjoy the spectacular summers Tahoe is famous for.  Many of the current Real Estate Brokers and sales agents originally started and were trained at Incline  Village Sales Company.  We are proud to have the distinction of being one a few offices remaining who have continued to maintain lasting relationships with current and past property owners who acquired fantastic investments in Incline Village.

I moved to Incline Village in 1964. I fell in love with the lake and the community, and put down my roots here. By 1967, I had received my Nevada “Brokers” real estate license. I started working with the original developers of Incline Village (Crystal Bay Development Company). Over the last forty years, I was elected 3  times as "President of the Incline Village Board of Realtors". I was also appointed to the post of Real Estate Commissioner by then governor Mike O’ Callhan. Incline Village Sales Company has endured and prospered over the last four decades, because of our commitment to our clients, and because of our client commitment to us.

Originally from Prague, Czech republic, I was lucky to find Incline Village some 20 years ago, and made it my home.
